In Nov 2005, Shenzhen Airlines accomplished the alteration of stock equities and became the biggest private controlled airlines in China.

Shenzhen Airlines is a domestic and international airline headquartered in Shenzhen Bao"an International Airport in Bao"an District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, People"s Republic of China. Shenzhen Airlines is the fourth largest domestic carrier (after China Southern Airlines, China Eastern and Air China) with around 7% of seat capacity and flights.
