Jeddah Airport (JED)

Close to the magnificent city of Jeddah and the world famous religious sites Makkah and Medina there is King Abdulaziz International Airport! It is located 19 kilometers away from Jeddah and it is Saudi Arabia's busiest airport! Equipped with magnificent architecture it contains four terminals: The South Terminal is used by Saudia and Nas Air, two Saudi Arabian airline carriers. It offers two public restaurants and a 60-room hotel. In the North Terminal where all other airlines dock you can enjoy life in another restaurant and a cafeteria. Moreover, there is a VIP Terminal for kings and heads of states. Last but not least there is the Hajj Terminal that was built especially for the pilgrims going to Makkah and Medina. It features prayer areas, rest areas, shops and restaurants with various kinds of goods and meals, a medical clinic and first-aid services. By the way, in Saudi Arabia everything is duty free! But please be advised that you cannot purchase alcohol at the airport.

Arrivals and Departures

From the King Abdulaziz International Airport you can go nearly everywhere in the world. The biggest numbers of flights and destinations is offered by Saudia. Most other airlines will lead you to Asia and the Middle East and just a few destinations in Europe.
