Garuda Indonesia’s featured in-flight dining is its Indonesian Rijsttafel in Executive Class, which includes Indonesian signature dishes: choices of nasi kuning or regular steamed rice, accompanied with choices of dishes such as satay, rendang, gado-gado grilled chicken rica, red snapper in yellow acar sauce, fried shrimp in sambal, potato perkedel and tempeh, also with kerupuk or rempeyek crackers. A range of hot and cold food and beverages is available, and snacks or meals are offered depending on the length of the flight. Wine and beer is also offered on international flights.
